cough drops

Morning,

I have a quick question and because I am at work I don't have time to search the archives and main website, so please help me out!!

I have a shocking sore throat and bad cough atm, it's going around the office, but I am unsure what I can take for it. Can I have Vicks Vapur Drops? Will they harm the bubs? They do have menthol in them.

I wish I'd thought of honey and lemon tea but I'd have to wait until I get home before I have that.

Any thoughts great appreciated!!

I have no idea if the vicks vapour drops are okay during pg, but I just wanted to wish you lots of get well vibes. I hope the sore throat and cough clears up soon. Hopefully by now you are home already and getting stuck into the honey and lemon tea.

I ask the midwive at my hospital visit today and she said they should be fine to take.

She also advised taking panadol so my throat doesn't get any worse.

I'm pretty sure Vicks Vapour drops should be ok to take Nellbe.
I think it is the pharmacy cough medications (with psuedoephidrine(sp?) and the like) that should be avoided...
