awww black_rose I hear you!!!! I don't have an allergy, but am intolerant to dairy products BUT have been crying out for milk- i didn't even like milk before i knew I was intolerant!
Actually I have been finding that yoghurt is doing the trick....just one serve (about 1/3 of a cup) a day and I've been having no side effects at all (and I'm sure you know exactly what I mean by that!!!). It's been either the Jalna or the Gippsland brand- which is a bit more exxy, but has been fine for me. Have you tried your lactose free milk with something like Acta-vite?? It might bulk it up a bit- if that makes sense- and the actavite (sp?) has other vitamins in it too...
