Thanks for reassuring me. I feel much better now!

I have a scan booked for the 4th of Jan, and I think I'll relax so much more after I see the little heart beating away.

Its funny you say that because my boys pgs were carbon copies of each other, yet this one is soooo different already. I dont know if it means a girl for me though, but it would be nice after having two boys. Of course, another little boy would be lovely too.

Hyperemisis with both pregnancies here, hospitalised for rehydration and etc...the only thing diff is that with P I was still puking at 36 weeks and this time I got diagnosed much sooner and so got onto the hardcare anti-nausea meds way earlier.

Apparently this one is another girl...so that is interesting.

My Mum also had hyperemisis with me apparently - I have heard it runs in families, but not sure how true that is.

With DD I had m/s at night from 7 weeks till 22 weeks. With this PG its weird. Before I was even 4 weeks I woke up 3 nights in a row and felt extremely nauseous..now at 4 weeks I feel fine. I hope nothing is wrong either as I have had a miscarriage in the past. My first appt. is Jan. 5th.....Oh the 1st trimester is soo scary. Always wondering if the baby is ok...I cant wait until my first scan..

I had severe m/s (nausea and LOTS of vomiting - if I had to count I'd guestimate about 50 times a day lol) with DS1 and the angel between the boys.
With DS2 I only vomited maybe 3-4 times in the whole pregnancy. I had different complications with DS2 than what I did with DS1 and our angel.

another that had severe m/s with the first and barely anything with this pregnancy. Last pregnancy I could barely eat, was in hospital for rehydration several times etc, this one totally different. I worried me at first as well. The only thing that kept me sane during the constant bouts of m/s with DS was that I would say to myself, at least I know he is in there. Enjoy the break, fingers crossed it doenst come later.
