    Hi Carmen2.

I didn't get any m/s with DS2 at all. I was so lucky.
Where as with DS1 I was really sick for the first 3 months.

Good luck with your pregnancy and I hope the m/s stays away.

    xx

Ummm... after hearing so many of you, I guess I am truly very lucky without having encountered m/s. Though I am thankful for it, I think I really wouldn't mind if I would get a little feel of how it is! It's awkward when my friends share their m/s stories with each other, and there I am tongue-tied in this conversation.... Any of you would like to pm me part of your m/s... feel free!

I had no MS at all during my pregnancy - I did get two days of slight car sickness though - but that was a 7 hr drive down to Melbourne and then again on the drive back. And it was slight car sickness, nothing major or unpleasant at all!

Yay that you dont get MS....we are the lucky ones huh!

With my first pregnancy, I had some terrible 'All Day Sickness'. I did not gain any weight throughout the pregnancy and infact, went down two dress sizes (not a bad thing I guess as I am a rather Rubenesque woman).

This pregnancy - nothing. Ok, maybe a very, very slight whiff of nausea, but nothing to write home about in comparison to the last pregnancy (and also the pregnancy before when I miscarried). I'm at 6 weeks now and hanging out (but also quite scared) for the first u/s.

    Goodluck!

With My DS i had nothing, perfect pregnancy except some minor indigestion at about 36 weeks. With DD... OMG i had bad ALL DAY sickness... I was throwing up that bad i was in hossy on a drip... (before i knew i was preg... as i was told i couldnt have anymore... thats another story)

I had this allday sickness til 4.5 months then just MS til 6 months then indigestion. if i bent down too much i'd be sick...

With my 3 girls I had bad morning sickness for 3 months, no vomitting just felt like i was constantly hung over lol
With this one I felt a bit queasy for 2 weeks but i found if i constantly snacked i felt better plus taking vitamin b6 helps as well. Now im just constantly tired all the time and starting to get cramps in my legs and heart burn

I didn't get any morning sickness throughout my pregnancy. Many women don't. It's completely normal. The stats vary on how many women don't get it but mostly it's thought to be about 30% of pregnancies don't have any morning sickness.

It is hard to have a pregnancy that doesn't have many symptoms. Mine was like that. I felt so good I felt something had to be wrong, but it wasn't. I was always happy to get indigestion as that made me feel pregnant. In fact the only time I felt like vomitting throughout my pregnancy was when I got a really bad dose of indigestion.

I just found I went off some foods, ate tiny meals for the first tri as I just wasn't hungry or if I was once I got eating I suddenly felt full. This was also reassuring.

I think you just have to look for other symptoms to reassure you. I also had bleeding gums and a stuffy nose from 3 weeks onwards.

If your lack of m/s continues you could well be nervous about things until you start to show, or possibly until you start to feel movement. Again, that's normal.

One thing is for sure, no morning sickness has absolutely no bearing on the outcome of the pregnancy.

    Hi Carmen2,

I totally understand what you are going through as I am feeling the same way at the moment and keep doing HPT's just to make sure everything is ok!
It is really nerve wracking to think you are not going through a 'normal pregnancy'...
I don't want M/S but I do as well, just to keep my mind at ease. I hear you!
At the moment I have a sore back, am very tired, slightly grouchy, eating lots, peeing all the time (tmi), extreme bloating and sore bb... you would think I could get it into my head that I am pregnant! hehehe
Wish you luck on your U/S I am sure it is all fine!

So far I have only mild nausea on & off, but not severe & no vomiting! I hope it stays that way as with my past two pregnancys I was throwing up 24-7 from the start! I would love one pregnancy without it.
Congrats on your pregnancy & Best Wishes.

Went through my twin pregnancy without any m/s and am currently 19 weeks and again no m/s.

It can be really hard as you always think something is wrong, you wish that you had m/s just to know that all is okay. I have always been really worried going for scans because of this and cant wait for movement just for that knowledge that all is ok.

On the plus side I think it is great. I have friend and family with horrible m/s and I am so glad I dont have that.

    Good luck with your pregnancy.

    Hey RazRock,

Your pregnancy symptoms are so similar to mine. I guess we fit into the same category. Feeling too great during a pregnancy sometimes could lead us in wondering if everything is okay. And unfortunately, the only way to test it is using HPTssssssssssssss! Notice how many "s" I have! LOL. I feel so silly because DH is laughing his head off thinking that I've gone a little crazy with this pregnancy. In the mean time, I think this is the only way to reassure me since it won't be awhile till I get the u/s. Can't wait for that to happen to see my little baby inside just to be sure that things are in good hands. Well, we won't have too much longer to go. In the mean time, I guess the best thing for us is to enjoy the no m/s pregnancy!

I have to say that I envy those who are experiencing m/s. Okay, I may not say so when I do get it, but hey, just to get a feel of it would be nice! To all those who are experiencing m/s, hopefully it will go away soon!!!

I agree with Carmen2 , Rayray and Razrock.
I too have not had many ms moments, so i know where you are coming from. Like Carmen2 I wish that I had ms, not in a bad way, but like they said, just for confirmation. Its emotional when you have been waiting for this miracle for so long and your worry factor goes sky high if things dont go as everyone says they do. It doesnt help when people keep asking you if you are feeling sick yet!!It is really hard when friends and family have all had it, you dont feel normal. I must admit, I too did HPT's just to make sure.
I guess we are lucky not to have really bad ms. It just depends what side of the bathroom door you standing on as to how you feel about it!!!!.

I am glad I am not the only one who feels like this!!!

Hope you have a happy and healthy pregnancy!!

I am soooo relieved to hear that there are more of us with similar symptoms at the moment and no M/S - that is fabulous! Well, not fabulous we are not feeling 100%, just fabulous that there are more of us!
It doesn't matter how many HPT's we do at all, we are allowed and we are allowed to worry.
Hope we are all feeling a little better that we don't not have M/S...
Looking forward to hearing more about everyones pregnancies and how everyone is going.
We are all going to have healthy pregnancies without M/S!
Sending lots of hugs to everyone...

So good to know we are not the only ones without m/s. By hearing more, it has become more reassuring that there are others who are like us. Well, we could do as many HPTs as we want for the moment. Maybe just until when our belly starts showing, then for sure we will feel pregnant and a little less worry perhaps! In the mean time, let us all enjoy the pregnancy without m/s.

I had it from week 6 through to week 14..... and this week it came back a little bit
Mine was ALL day MS too....(no vomiting until last week once i did!)

If you can avoid it, then you're lucky and all can be going great too. i know what you mean though it is reassuring when you have it.
