I've had more discharge than normal, haven't looked to closely at it, but it's a clear to light whitish colour and is I guess like I would normally get during a cycle just a bit more of it! I've been wearing liners too, once I ran out of ultra thins (only cause I like having "wings"!), just for paranoia's sake...and if I do happen to have a little bit of spotting, well I don't want to embarrass myself especially at work! I'd say unless it's smelly or a funny colour I wouldn't worry too much about it.
