Nope, I'd never eat them unless I made them myself (and even though I crave them badly, I've been too lazy to so far!) - the listeria risk is just way too high for me.

Even if they are made fresh, you still don't know how long ago the rice was prepared or if it's been refrigerated.

Can't wait to eat a truckload after bub arrives though! This is by far the hardest food to give up for me, there are so many fantastic sushi places in the city where I work!
