I'm in the third tri and I'm the same- heaps of sparkling mineral water since the start and with lots of ice as I'm always hot. The only thing to be careful about is sodium as sparkling mineral can have a lot. Just check the dietary info on the bottles and pick one with lower sodium.
Soda water tends to have even more so try to stick to the sparkling mineral.
