I'm a personal trainer - there are a lot of things you can do, and the amount of intensity is a very individual thing. Most GPs will recommend you keep your heartrate below around 140bpm, but say you are an athlete and are in training and have been for many years, you can do a lot more than someone who hasn't got a strong exercise history.

A lot of fitball exercises are good, but they are just too hard to explain here! Perhaps hook up with a PT in your area and get some instruction and a program? Its better to be sure you are performing the exercises correctly!
