    Feel soooooo guilty

Just went to a family lunch and was served haluomi cheese and chorizo sausage without even thinking I ate it!!!! I'm only 6 weeks pregnant and now stressing that I've done damage.... It was cooked not cold does anyone know if that makes it better or worse??
    Thanks

Both are fine cooked, I wouldn't stress or feel guilty. Relax.

Don't stress!! The chance of listeria are teeny tiny, especially if the meat was heated. Basically all cheese you buy in Australia is pasteurised so I don't even know why people avoid certain cheeses.

You and your baby will be fine.

So many times at the beginning of this pregnancy (my 3rd) I was half way through eating something then remembered I shouldn't have been having it. It didn't stop me eating it though. Just put it in the memory bank for next time.
