Fell over - onto belly!!!

Hi

Stupid me, went in the bath, reached for the towel and fell over straight onto my belly. Nearly knocked myself unconcious, saw stars, literally.
Went to the A & E dept last night, they were so unhelpful, sat and waited for 4 hours, only to be told that I'm only 8 weeks pregnant, and bleeding and miscarriage will just happen, if it's going to, just go home and wait and see.
Bruised all my arm, belly and hip bone.
No cramps today though, just praying all is well, will have to wait for my NT scan on the 5th August.
