AJ - sorry to hear you're not feeling well

Panadol is ok to take and is supposed to help reduce your fever, but don't take Nurofen unless your doc says its ok (I already knew this, but just checked the packet for you).

I would ask your doc what you can do about your cough, coz there are very limited things you can take while pregnant.
