    Over reacting?

    OK, here is my issue....

Im pregnate with bub no.5, and when I mention/announce it to family/friends, alot seem to be asking if it was planned.....

Exuse ME! But I dont think thats any of their juicy little busines!
Honestly, there isent much that gets my goat, but I think asking me if I planned it is just out right rude!

    just wondering

Not overreacting at all - they are basically asking about your sex life, which IMO is way out of bounds.

I had #2 not long after #1 and was asked the same thing, I always felt like asking "And how many times have you had sex this week?"

It is no one's business but your own and yet people seem to think it is their business!

Hmm, how bout... "Yes, it was an accident, I slipped and fell on DH"

Or... "No, it was completely planned, we've been going at it like rabbits actually just to be sure we actually conceived."

Or... "No, it was planned, would you like to hear the details of how we went about it? I became really familiar with my cervical mucous."

I'll try and think up some other beauties...

Nope. I got it too. It really made me uncomfortable. It's like saying "did you use contraception?" None of your damn business!

    LOVE the comebacks!

Yes everyone assumed DS was an accident because we had only just gotten engaged. The fact that we were pre-ttc was a shock. Not to mention my being only 20.
