HCG levels - question

Hi!

Just got my inital bloods back and my levels were only 42.....Of course my EDD is not confirmed and it is just a guess....but does that seem awfully low to you for someone at about 5 1/2 weeks? I could be worrying myself for nothing but it just seems so low....

Chody, from what I read and not from experience (no bfp yet!) that level would confirm pregnancy. Request another HCG test, from there it's all about the increase of the level of HCG. Your next levels could be in the hundreds and from there in the thousands (within a few days).

Thanks for the advice. I think I will request more bloods. It's a pity the weekend is upon us...I might try to do it on Mon...hopefully they have increased by then!

Yeah I'm signed up in there and have asked the same question...I guess I just thought I might get a quicker response if I posted in here too..... (yes...I'm impatient lol!)

You should be anywhere from 18- 7,340 mlU/ml HCG count

For 3 weeks though it says 5-50..... maybe you arent as pregnant as you thought. could it be earlier?
For 4 weeks it says 5-426

It could be earlier....it was my first cycle off the pill so I'm not completely sure how long my cycle was going to be....I had what I thought was AF starting on Sunday (what I thought was 20ish DPO) so perhaps I O'd a week or so later than I thought???
