Implantion bleeding?
I have my last period 16-22 of July, on the 27&28 of July I had unprotected sex, yesterday (5 of August) I went to the toilet and when I wiped I have blood on the toilet paper also I has very mild cramps and discomfore in my lower stomach
Today (6 of August) I went to the toilet and notice I had pink/redish like bloody discharge on my underwear and still have discomfore in my very lower stomach

It could be implantation bleeding, but the only way to know for sure is to wait until a home pregnancy test would be effective - if you get the sensitive brands you can test a couple of days before your period is due.
