Congratulations, Annette! Have you posted in pregnancy announcements yet? How exciting! As for the start of morning sickness/nausea, I found eating these things helped:
    • crackers
    • dry bread sticks (like you get in Italian restaurants and trattorias)
    • fruit, nut and seed snack mix
    • ginger nut biscuits
    • Twisties
    • fresh fruit

In fact, I found whenever I allowed myself to get a bit hungry was when I felt sick, so I pretty well ate all the time until I stopped feeling sick!
    Hope you soon feel better!

hi, Congratulations on your pregnancy its very exciting. I got bad morning sickness for the first 3 months i found ice worked best for me i just got my husband to crush it up in tiny chunks so i could eat it.I took it to work so i could get through the day.i've heard anything ginger also works good too. Good luck hopefully the sickness will ends soon, but just think its for a good cause.

I agree, the second i felt a tiny bit of hunger i felt sick. I ensured i took food with me wherever i went just incase i was longer than i thought i'd be and got hungry. Nothing in particular really helped me i even tried the blackmores morning sickness tablets and they were terrible and did absoloutely nothing.

But the good thing was it only lasted a couple of weeks for me, one day i had it the next day i didn't!!

Good luck with the next 9 months it's a beautiful experience.

Crackers were brilliant for me, I had one or two crackers as soon as I woke up. After about half an hour or so later, I was right to have some cereal. I found that some cereals still made me feel sick but Special K was brilliant and is still working really well for me (although I don't have M/S anymore, just awesome reflux).

    Hope this helps you some!
