Don't be alarmed, nothing 'causes' a m/c as such, and i'd hate to think that you might 'blame' yourself for Mother Natures way. It is advised to avoid it however.
Speak with a health professional about your back pain
    Congrats too!!

neurophen is more a muscle relaxant than a pain relief, and if the pain is bad I would be more inclined to take a panadol.

The only thing you should really avoid is the asprins as they will have a detrimental effect.

Panadols are perfectly safe for pregnancy and during breastfeeding.

    Dont stress too much

Nurofen is a NSAID (non steroidal anti inflammatory). You should definitely avoid it - especially in early pregnancy and after 30 weeks. I wouldn't worry about it now as you can't change it but I wouldn't take it again. For strong pain try Panadeine.
