Help - Blood clot found

Hi, I am 11 weeks with my second pregnancy and had some bleeding on the weekend, I had a scan on Monday which showed the source of the bleed.. The scan also revealed a largish blood clot (which will either be reabsorbed or will make it's way out). I have been told to take it easy and not to lift anything too heavy, somewhat impossible seeing I have a chubby 9 month old to care for...

So close to reaching the "safe" zone and I now feel like I am back at square one (but much worse)..

I am pretty nervous.. Has anyone else been through this??

Iberru, I had a blood clot with my first pg. I started bleeding at 6 weeks and bled for about 2 weeks. I was told that there was no real risk to the foetus and sure enough he's 2 1/2 now! I am sure you will be fine. Just lift your other bubba only when necessary and do it carefully. I don't think there is a huge risk, I think the docs are just being cautious. Best wishes to you.
