yeah i did eat things i shouldn't have admittedlybut gaining 200 grams dailey for last few days is putting me in a concerned position. today was a 1 kilo gain over night how ridiculous is that hrmmm yes my scales are working fine
especially when im not eating that much and what im eating over the course of a day is not to bad eithor. Im cutting out snacks and late time eating tooo.
Would there be any other reason for this?
Should i be cutting back my eating more as it doesn't seem to mater what hits my lips. in 6 weeks ive gained 3 kilo so far![]()
