Pineapple contains an enzyme called bromelain which can soften your cervix and theoretically bring on early labour (or in the case of very early pregnancy, miscarriage). A single pineapple only has a very small amount of pineapple, and while no studies have actually been done to prove/disprove any of this, it's thought that you'd have to eat at least 7 pineapples for it to have an effect.
The most likely effect though would be a pretty nasty case of diarrhoea which would stimulate your tummy and therefore could also stimulate your uterus.
So basically, I think you're going to be just fine
Funny story though... When I was 37w4d pregnant with my daughter I ate fresh pineapple out of a fruit salad at a family birthday party. Then next morning I went into labour. I'm pretty sure it was just a coincidence though considering my son was born at 37w4d, so my daughter was probably already about to come anyway
Hilariously I read on a website when in the IVF 2WW that fresh pineapple can help with implantation so ate a whole pineapple AND got a BFP - obviously a load of hog wash hehehehehe
