I agree with eating little often, it keeps the blood sugar levels more stable and therefore less nausea.

i started drinking roobus (sp?) tea when i decided to give up caffeine (its a naturally decaffeinated red tea from South Africa). I find that helps ease my nausea. I seem to get worse m/s in the car, so when i get to work i have a cup of it, and my stomach settles. Hubby did a search on the net, and its cool to drink whilst your pg.

Hi Sassy - don't be fooled by those ginger tablets... they still smell (and taste) very strongly of ginger.
I've actually found they make me gag a little to smell them! (Which sort of makes them an oxymoron really)
I've learnt to hold my breath while taking them, and they do help.

    Good luck!

Just remember for most people, it eases off by the end of the first tri. Hang in there, you can make it!!

sassy so sorry hun, m/s really sux. i used the b/m m/s tablets but they have ginger in them. you could try sea bands. that helped me.
also peppermint is supposed to help but it made my m/s worse. it might work for you tho.
also i was eating dry crackers and almonds as well.

arrrghh. i had an awful m/s. it finally slowed down at 12 weeks and then stopped at 14. Hope it stops earlier for you

I am suffering m/s al day long atm and I find sipping ginger beer helps but nothing seems to completley relieve it. Not liking ginger doesnt help for you though.
