hi there, lots of people continue on with all sorts of sports for a lot of their pregnancy, I agree that it depends on what you were doing beforehand. I am going to continue on with Taekwondo (non-contact) until I find it uncomfortable, although I am not going to go this week because of the excessive heat. I am yet to decide what I will do about basketball. There is a girl in my team who is currently 11 weeks and has continued playing. I have also read that yoga and other low impact activities like that is good for you, but just to watch out for how far you stretch because your joints are loosening and you can do some ligament damage if you push yourself too hard.
