Jane - I was the same. Feeling sick and couldn't eat the food I normally liked. Almonds helped a bit. I ate a lot of bacon and egg sandwiches but I'm sure that isn't the kind of dietary tip you were seeking. I think making your breakfast larger will help (if you can stomach it). Rolled oats are good. Try it with blueberries and banana. Mmmmm.
