Well I quit smoking in 2002....piled on 14 kilos!! Finally lost it, got back down to 54kg this year and BAM!!! Pregnant!
How in heck do we keep weight to a minimum if we have all of these cravings!!!
The cravings shift too.....it's not always one thing. In the beginning I was onto anything covered in dried yoghurt. Now it's Devonshire teas and anything choc mint....icecream, choc mint biscuits, chocolate. And Nut Feast cereal (but that's best at night time)
