I got an implantation bleed last Saturday night (overnight). I woke up Sunday morning thinking it was my period - it was brown with a watery ring around it (sorry TMI). Wore a tampon on Sunday but only got the lightest smear of bright pink blood (I had never seen it that colour before) and nothing since.
Then pregnancy symptoms kicked in Monday afternoon.
Looking back now I am 100% positive it was implantation bleed. But just thought it was the start of my period and went about my day.
