LMP date doesn't match scan and beta yet chart is accurate

If you look at my chart is shows a clear O and I got my first faint lines on an IC test at 10dpo with clear dark lines on FRER at 12 dpo so there is no doubt of when I conceived.
    BUT
I had a minor amount of spotting Wednesday night so Thursday I saw my GP who did an exam, said I felt more like 7 wks than 6 wks and sent me for a scan. The scan showed nothing except a small pocket of fluid measuring 11mmx6mmx9mm. I was supposed to see my GP again later yesterday afternoon but after waiting an hour (she was with an emergency patient) and then she still had 2 patients in front of me, I cancelled the appt and left. I had my other 2 children to pick up from care plus visitors phoned to say they were on their way up home.
OK so this morning at 8:15am I get a call from the GPs nurse saying they had a blood slip ready for me to pick up and had already faxed off a letter and referral to my OB to be seen today!
Got an appt with my OB for 10:30 so had the beta done then went to see OB.
As soon as he inserted the probe you could clearly see what he called a perfectly pregnancy but the sac appeared to be empty and did not match my dates of 6w4d. More like 5w2d. He moved around a bit and checked ovaries etc as the tech yesterday had told my GP he thought I had an ectopic pg hence the urgency to be seen today.
At a different angle my OB pointed out what is the start of an early pg in the sac.
He said to go back in 10 days for another scan. He was quite optimistic saying in 25 yrs he now knows to expect anything and nothing surprises him any more.
I got a call from my OB midwife to say my beta was back and was only 1762
They are still hopeful as the beta matches the size of the sac... but I know my dates.

I am not sure what to think now
I am still nauseous and very queasy which my OB said was a continuing good sign as is the sore bbs. He said if I was going to m/c those would have eased off by now.

I have had more than my quota of m/c and was so hoping just this one last time I could bring home a baby before I secumb to menopause.

Even though you know the date of conception, the date that the embryo actually implanted could be what is throwing things off kilter for you I'm sure everything is fine - if you levels are in line with the scan then I'd say that you are just a little behind what you think you are. HPT's these days are able to test for even the smallest amount of HCG, so it's possible that the positive tests just picked up the pg really really early.

    Hugs honey..

The same thing happened to me. I KNEW I was 6 weeks. I went for a scan as I had been bleeding and they said I was only about 4.5 weeks and to come back in two weeks. It was impossible for me to be only 4.5 weeks. But I just assumed I was losing bub as I was bleeding and my hcg was low and slow to rise. went back in two weeks and, sure enough, I was suddenly 8 weeks pregnant.
Don't give up hope. I really thought this baby wasn't going to stick around but he's still here.
    Good luck babe x

Both pregnancies my LMP and EDDs have not matched. I was 100% confident with DD and they still put me a week behind.
My babies were both born healthy and happy and closer to my dates than the scan dates.

Hoping all is well and your little one is just trying to freak you out.

Stoked you are my lifesaver. I am soo hoping my own pg has a time line like yours. I was saying to my DH this morning how unfair it is to be possibly losing this baby yet still feel so sick and sore bbs. I have stopped spotting and even BD didn't stir anything up.
    I'll keep on hoping.
Thank you all for replies. I'll add my updates here if I have anything new to report or ask.
    Thank you
    Judy

    Confusion!

    Hey everyone,
I was hoping someone could give me some advice!
I had a miscarriage in April at 8 weeks and am now pregnant again. According to my LMP i am about 7 weeks pregnant and my HCG levels back this up.... However, I had a scan on Saturday to make sure everything was progressing (to calm my nerves after last time) and they could only see the gestational sac and said I was only just 5 weeks. My doctor tells me this isn’t a good sign and I am seeing him on Friday to see what our next step is.
Has anyone experienced this before? Should I expect the worst? I really don’t know what to think!
Last time I had bleeding for about 3 weeks before I miscarried but this time I have had nothing!
Any advice you can give me would be appreciated!
