I'd go to the doctor & get a referral. Or call the hospital and see if they have a service. I'd get your blood checked for everything, including iron & vitamin d.

It sounds like you need more protein and animal fats. Start taking nuts, cheese, miso soup, hummus to work. Eat something small as you need it (say every hour). Drink lots of water. Have eggs for breakfast if you can. Stay away from things that pump your blood sugar up, like bananas unless you have them with low sugar, full fat, natural yoghurt.

Lok up the Brewer pregnancy diet. It's the best diet to help a growing bub whilst keeping mum healthy too. Baby needs a lot of protein to grow cells. The Brewer diet also reduces the chances of IUGR and pre-eclampsia.
