im with u there! ive had mine since 5 weeks and am still pretty much bedridden! i sometimes dont take my vitamins as i cant keep it down, doc said its ok, i sometimes take half in the morning and half at night to help. i hope it comes and goes quickly!
whether you do or dont take your vitamins wont have any bad effect on bub. But if u want to take them ( i know i did) i research other natural ways that you can help with the constipation. Have a look on google.. it may help.
Hope it doesnt last long.. mayb a boy this time huh?
Oh you poor thing! MS is terrible! I've been struggling with constant nausea (haven't actually vomitted yet, but have come close) since the 6 week mark. Eating is a struggle for me and it's so strange as I'm normally a big foodie! I haven't eaten a normal sized meal in over 4 weeks so I rely heavily on snacks now. I have found though that even picking a little at each meal, no matter how long it takes me to do it, definitley helps. I sometime attempt dinner over several sittings but I still only manage half of it if I'm lucky!
Try to nibble on something at least every couple of hours. Sip on water or juice when you can - I find that super icy drinks make a huge difference. If you're feeling a little better at a particular time of the day, try taking your vitamins then. I'm taking Metamucil to help with constipation and Agarol for when I get blocked up. Icy poles have been a saviour for me too.
We sure are finding out! Cant wait!
I googled it and it said other then the pills Im taking its because of hormones and an 'ever growing' uterus pushing all my other organs, yummy .
It says to eat prunes, drink prune juice. Plenty of water and a healthy diet/excercise.
