Oh you poor thing! MS is terrible! I've been struggling with constant nausea (haven't actually vomitted yet, but have come close) since the 6 week mark. Eating is a struggle for me and it's so strange as I'm normally a big foodie! I haven't eaten a normal sized meal in over 4 weeks so I rely heavily on snacks now. I have found though that even picking a little at each meal, no matter how long it takes me to do it, definitley helps. I sometime attempt dinner over several sittings but I still only manage half of it if I'm lucky!

Try to nibble on something at least every couple of hours. Sip on water or juice when you can - I find that super icy drinks make a huge difference. If you're feeling a little better at a particular time of the day, try taking your vitamins then. I'm taking Metamucil to help with constipation and Agarol for when I get blocked up. Icy poles have been a saviour for me too.

Good luck with it hon - you're not alone

Ooohh Kass you're the same as me! I had no m/s with DD but I've definitely had it this time. Maybe its a boy for both of us!

I found it better to take my vitamins in the evening instead of the morning. Also pear juice is great for your bowels - I'd try that with prunes and if that doesn't work then maybe go the metamucil? I started feeling better at about 10 weeks, hopefully it won't stick around for very long.

    Take care xx

Oh no hunny!!! Tell the evil thing to go away. I had it with my son, not with Lilli. So far i don't have it, fingers cossed it stays that way. But it would be intersting to see who had it with girls v's boys.

Mamakass - you may have already tried this, but i found that the travel sickness accupressure bands relieve the m/s... might be worth a try.
