I had a bright red gush of blood at 11 weeks with the first pg, had the scan and all was OK. They said it could have come from the implantation site.......FX the bleeding doesn't come back

I am waiting for my scan now I couldn't get an app but they said I could come in and wait so waiting I am! Good news is no fresh blood over night bad news is i had hardly any sleep, I feel like crap and I'm scared. Hopefully will know something soon.
