How long does this last for? I was super hoping it was just a bug. Lucky for me i can't have maxalon. Has anyone had stemetil whilst pregnant? I've heard of phenergan being presecribed but i'm not keen on that. Off to the doctors tomorrow.

Yep thats morning sickness! and it can last the whole first trimester or even the whole pregnancy. They say i you eat as soon as you wake up you should feel fine unfortunately for me that doesnt work. I had it horribley with my DD but its not so bad this time around. I find if i sip on juice or cordial anything sweet im fine.

Brushing my teeth always set me off so i ended up resorting to mouth wash until i was over the worst of it.

Teeth brushing was one of my triggers too! I found brushing my teeth in the shower better, and just rinsing with mouth wash if i couldn;t shower.

You can get through it without drugs, i know there are a few threads on different things that help. Regular sips of half juice and half lemonade helped me. And small meals often. and calippo icy poles. I had to eat first thing in the morning.

Ah, the joys. Don't know who called it "morning" sickness - what a crock! Hope you're feeling better soon, or that it at least settles a little
