First and foremost - if you're not keeping fluids down at all, you're risking dehydration so I'd seek help straight away, particularly in this heat.


Otherwise - sea bands (those travel sickness wrist bands) and vitamin B pills have both helped me ...

but unfortunately, I mostly have just had to ride it out ... there are anti nausea tablets that you can take, but they mostly didn't help me, and the one type that did made me too drowsy to function. but plenty of other ladies here have had a lot of success with them - ask your GP.
