Good luck Ren!! It really is an amazing thing to see your bubs heartbeat flickering away!
Oh the internal is seriously nothing, I have had 3 and I didnt even feel it I was too busy making sure bubs was ok! I had one abdominal one and I didnt need a full bladder, I went to the toilet right before we went in...I wonder why some places make you go and some dont?
We have a healthy little heartbeat!! 157bpm!! We are so thrilled!! We got to see our little baby looks just like a little jellybean!! And how beautiful he/she was..... I don't think we even blinked, we just looked at the screen the whole time! It was so sweet watching DH staring at the screen I'm pretty sure he was just loving it! He sqeezed my hand when we saw the HB!! it was awesome!
Even the sonographer smiled when he said "we have a HB" so it was nice.
The scan was done the normal way (not vaginally) and it was pretty quick - I could have lay there all day watching our little bub!!
Looking forward to seeing more at the 12 week scan!!
He's dated me 7wks 4days pregnant due 29th jan but i might just keep the dates I have already..... it's only an estimate anyway hey?
