Icy poles have helped me both times. So has Coke and Maccas chicken burgers I actually ended up taking anti nausea medication this pregnancy

i wish i had the answers then i wouln't feel so yuk all the time ?????
i have eggs for breaky each day and that seems to help, but i feel much worse in the evenings.
