    No morning sickness

    Hi there,

Just wanting to know when you ladies started having morning sickness? Although I am not wanting it- my sister had cronic morning sickness for 8 months of her pregnancy and 24hrs a day- but am a little worried that I havent really had any. I am just over 7 weeks and have had random bouts of nausia- but nothing that I would call morning sickness (although this is my first pregnancy so I cant say I know what morning sickness is like)- and seriously tender breasts! I have read that not all women get morning sickness and those who dont can call themselves lucky. But I am getting a little worried that something might be wrong if I have begun getting sick.

Can anyone put me at ease?

    So my only symptoms are:
    - Definant positive pregnancy- POAS and Blood test- which makes me over 7 weeks.
    - Seriously tender breasts- increased in size
    - Tiredness, dizzyness
    - Random bouts of nausia- no vomiting.

FWIW I never really had morning sickness with either of mine and both my sisters had chronically bad morning sickness with all their pregnancies.

Yep, thank your lucky stars. Every woman is different, even every pregnancy is different to be honest - try not to worry and just enjoy not paying homage to the porcelain goddess every so often.

I didn't really have a lot until 10/11 weeks and now have a puke or two every now and then. I'm now nearly 18 weeks and still puking. Was waaaaaay worse with DD though!

A lack of 'symptoms' can be stressful! I did not really get sick during my first pg- or tender breasts (although I quickly needed new bras). Rather I was just really tired a
and hungry. This time less tired, more sickness and thirsty all the time...so go figure-oh no two days at the same either just to throw a spanner in the works!

Congrats on your pg and hope you can enjoy not being too sick. Wishing you a h&h 9mths

I didn't get any m/s either - just a weird taste in my mouth and some cravings and tiredness. But I never puked - not once!

I have had 3 full-term pregnancies and no morning sickness to be seen. Honestly, some of us are just really lucky in that department!

NO morning sickness here either!! I just found the smell of meat really overpowering and off putting! It did put doubt in my mind first pregnancy when I didn't have morning sickness but second time round when it didn't happen again I embraced it and enjoyed being pregnant more ;-)

No morning sickness here either!! I was like you worrying 10 wks ago cause I hadn't had any and did with DD. But just got to remember that your body handles pregnancy differently than other people, no pregnancy is the same from woman to woman.

    Enjoy feeling normal!!
