I know I shouldn't worry too much, look at all the gorgerous babies ( Marya, Charlie and Flynn) you all have...or about to have...

Boo, I can't believe you are now 15weeks, I still remember your little miracle of getting BFP before IVF...glad to know all is going well, so excited for you!

Charolotte, totally buying the stats (50%), kind of boringly logical kind of gal most of the time...

    Hi BeiBei,
The only symptom I had in early pregnancy was sore breasts. They were sore until I was 11wks pregnant, ouch! The rest of the pregnancy has been symptom free except for just this week I had heartburn and swollen ankles one night.

I'm now 33wks so I've had a pretty good run and I've always saw my lack of symptoms as a sign that pregnancy really agrees with me. I already can't wait til next time!

Pheonix, finding two heartbeats on u/s must have been amazing! Your post has made me think about what it would actually be like, pregnant with twins...two pairs of arms, legs sqiriming and stretching. It's amazing with just one!

All the best BeiBei for your pregnancy.

I ddn't have any pg symptoms at all through my whole pregnancy. I only got braxton hicks the day before my waters broke so please don't let it worry you too much. I know it plays on your mind but try toenjoy your symptom free pg cause you never know when your symptoms might start.
I also got completely jibbed on the big bb's too. I was so excited that I might get big bb's. But nope. When I was pg they didn't change and everyone said just wait til your milk comes in but once again they are certainly not much bigger then it was wait until you establish b/f but no!! Completely ripped off.

beibei, i was just thinking the same as you.
I'm only at 5 weeks but havent really had m/s. slight quesiness on colder mornings, and just feeling like im not getting enough sleep. ive had sore bbs since the week before AF was supposed to be due. apart from that im feeling really good. And so i've wondered if everything is ok with the pg.... ive been told that m/s quite often hits from week 6 or 7. i really really really hope i dont get it. my mum had it right into her second semester. ekkk!

Congratulations on being pregnant, and the bt showing +ve. Maybe 1st pregnancies it takes longer for the body to adapt to the changes. I know my bbs are REALLY sore this time around, but never really noticed it 1st time. Also ms arrived around 9 weeks last time - and i am only 6 wks, so waiting to see what happens. Wait until you start showing - i reckon that is the best "symptom"

    Congratulations on your pregnancy !!

The first trimester can be such a worrying time!! With my second child, i had no idea i was pregnant until i started to feel tired and sick all the time. We had just bought a house and were getting ready to move, i didnt even realise i was 3 weeks late !!! So by the time i knew what was happening, the first trimester was nearly gone and the rest of the pregnancy flew by.
This time we were ttc, and i found out as early as possible. It has been a very slow few weeks and i am now heading towards week seven. I havent had many symptoms except for some sore boobs and a bit of pulling and stretching in my tummy. I expect the morning sickness will come in the next week or two.
Try not to worry too much, everyone is different. Enjoy your scan and your pregnancy !!

    hugs

Hi, I had very mild symptoms in my first prg, my next prg was about 5 years later and I can remember saying to the Doc how I had hardly any symptoms, he said just wait a couple of weeks. Man was he right, around 8 weeks I did'nt know what had hit me. It lasted until about 18 weeks and then came back at about 30 weeks I went into labour 3 weeks early I have never been so relieved in my life. Good luck I am sure you will start to notice some signs as your hormone levels rise.

I didn't have anything in the first trimester at all other than tiredness and the occasional nausea when I left off eating for too long. I'm only just starting to get a bump now at 27 weeks! So though early preg is a very worrysome time, don't worry too much - I'm sure your symptoms will kick in soon

Beibei.. i never had any symptoms at all during my pregnancy. You may just be one of the lucky ones!! I also had a few light cramping/twinges but that was put down to just my uterus stretching. Youd be surprised whats going on in there!! Try not to stress too much.. it is very normal (and lucky!) not to get any symptoms..

    Enjoy your pregnancy!

    HI,

I too didn't really have any symptoms. I did eventually start feeling a little nauseous, but nothing bad.
for me I didn't get any ultrasounds until 19 weeks, and in the few weeks leading up to that the midwives couldn't pick up a heartbeat either. IN addition to that you couldn't actually tell I was preganant at that stage. I lay down for my ultrasound, and my fat rolls would flatten out.

i was scared that the sonographer was going to put the scanner on y belly and there would just be a black void.

But imagine my surprise and joy when the second she put it down there was this perfect little human profile that appeared on the screen, and it measured the perfect size.

So don;t stress about a lack of symptoms.

To get me through to 19 weeks knowing nothing I tried to not focus on the lack of symptoms, but did focus on the fact that I had no pain and no spotting at all.

With no symptoms your glass is half full my darling

Oh, I am truely feeling that I am just lucky of not having any symptoms now... we broke the news to my parents last Sunday, they were thrilled. And appearantly, my mum didn't have any symptoms when she was pregnant with me, so I guess it must be in the family...

I also have no symptoms and found out my Mum was also the same. Can't complain abour genes. Though my DH was talking to MIL who was extreamly worried about the pregnancy (she lives in VIC) as she had terrible M/S, now hates me cause I don't have M/S. (I assume she was joking).
