If your period was due today hopefully its just a break through bleed & thats it.
My MIL had AF for 6 monhs when she was pg with my BIL!
Hopefully its just one of the quirky things our bodies can do!

This post will be gross! I had no bleeding over night but when I went to the toilet this morning there was quite a bit of brown/pink tinged mucous. I'm assuming that's because I was laying down and it couldn't escape. Anyway... the cramping seems to have eased a little so I'm still hopefull that this little one will stick.

    I hate this

    Hey Dani,

EXACTLY the same thing happened to me with my first pg and again with this one. I tried not to freak out but it was a lot heavier this time and lasted for over a week. It was browny tinged though (sorry tmi) and I didn't get really bad cramps so I just waited it out and it stopped. Hopefully it's just an implantation bleed. Hugs to you xx

Thanks so much for sharing you story NikW! It is such a scary time when it happens Glad everything has turned out well hun

Things are looking great this arvo! Everything seems to be clear again which is a HUGE relief. I am feeling quite sick today too which is also a huge plus! I brought up my breakfast and have only eaten a potato cake since then. So for MS and I'm still crossing my fingers that everything will be fine. Bring on the U/S next week already!

I had spotting on and off for the first 4-5 months of my pg and I was a total stress head about it! As much as you try, you can't help but worry. Well, my bub is still here and happily kicking my in the ribs as I type this

It must just happen to some women - i don't think we can ever fully understand how our bodies work!

I hope the next few days go quickly for you - good luck at your scan
