Unhappy Please help - disappearing symptoms

    Hello everyone,

    Its 4.46am and I just can't sleep...

Has anyone ever had their symptoms just disappear? I'm only 4 weeks and 5 days, and up until now I'd had very sore and swollen b**bs. But now, they've deflated and are not sore anymore.

I did another HPT this morning, which came out positive, but with a fainter line than last time. Could it be possible I'm losing my baby? I haven't had any cramping, which is the one bit of hope I"m clinging too. Please help.

Sometimes pregnancy symptoms come and go, you may find tomorrow that your symptoms return. It happens to most of us and can really freak us out .

Give yourself another day or two and if you are still concerned then go to your Dr and ask for a blood test to find out what your hormone levels are doing, just for peace of mind.

It's so hard not to analyse everything, I hope your symptoms return quickly .

    Huggs.

Please don't stress too much. It is very likely there is absolutely nothing wrong with you - other then you are pg. you are very early in your pg, and your body will go through so many changes. sometimes you may suffer from one symptom, sometimes ten, and sometimes they will all disapear completely. Having symptoms disappear generally is nothing to worry about.

Also, with the pg test, I am sure you have heard people say 'a line is a line'. That is because they are qualitative, not quantitative. meaning the strength of the colour does not really indicate anything more then there was more dye that stuck to one test then there was to another.

    Oh Hun, !st off HUGS.

I agree with the others. I'm sure things are just fine. I'd get a BT from your GP to ease your mind.

Aw hun, I haven't got any symptoms, nothing major or anything!
Hang in there, dont stress (easier said then done) can you ask your doc for a scan? I know you're early but it may help?

    Hi there.
Although it is worrying try not to stress, especially if you have no cramping/bleeding. Personally I had NO symptoms in my 1st trimester, which I also worried about, but 12 wk scan showed all ok. I seem to suffer more in the 2nd tri with headaches and dizziness- we are all different and our bodies react differently. An early scan might be good idea if you keep worrying though just to set you at ease.

Thanks girls, you guys are the best

I feel much better today...I was a mess yesterday morning, I had a bit of a meltdown But my sore boobs actually came back in the afternoon, and I even had my first experience of nausea last night!

I think I've learned a very important lesson - that pregnancy can be unpredictable and symptoms can be inconsistent. I don't think I realised that before.

Sorry for panicking! And thanks so much for your help.

And Beanybub, you will probably find that your symptoms will get worse around the 6 week mark too so you can look forward to that

    Hello All,

Just thought I'd give you an update....

We lost the baby. To cut a long story short, it appears we lost baby shortly before I posted this thread, and didn't find out until today because i started bleeding last night and more heavily this morning, with really bad cramps, so we went to emergency.

Nevermind, I always suspected things werent right, I just didn't 'feel' pregnant.

    Onwards and upwards...
