Please put my over active mind at ease!

So this possibly a tmi post but I just need someone's thoughts on it!

I am 6 and a bit weeks pregnant with my 3rd and just went to the toilet and wiped away a kind of big amount of mucous.
It was thick and in a clump about the size of a 20cent coin. It was clear and stretchy but I have never had anything like it early on in a pregnancy? It reminded me of a mucous plug minus the blood.
I also then checked my cervix (naughty I know and the first time I have done it since finding out I was preg) and it is very low but seems closed.
I'm not having any pain really just bad stretching pains and niggles in my hips and back.
Hopefully someone can share some wisdom with me or else I'm going to be tossing and turning in bed tonight!
    Thanks

I've not experienced it with DD but I think excess mucous is normal in pregnancy- and healthy as long as it doesn't smell or looks like waters breaking.

I had excessive cervical mucous all pregnancy. It was revolting feeling so icky down there all day! Pretty normal, me thinks.

I was doing a lot yesterday so maybe that did it. I haven't had anymore since so I'm not too worried anymore just had a bit of a panic when I saw it and after the stress I had last week.
My pains from last week are back though not sure if the cysts on my ovaries are causing it or not. Argh this pregnancy is a bit of fun at the moment lol.

hon. Pregnancy is just one big stress without this extra stuff.
    What kind of pains?
I had some period type pains that were a little intense last week and it seems that all is well in there still. It could just be normal baby growing pains.

You would think 3rd pregnancy no dramas lol.
It's on my right hand side sort of central it started last week and my doctor said it is related to the cysts on my ovaries. Now I just don't know how much pain to put up with. I have a heat pack sort of on (though she told me not to hot an not too long and it's the only thing that eases it)
Will just push it out until tomorrow and if it is still there go to the doc.. Again. I feel like I live there! Been there 3 times already since I found out I was pregnant.

Lol Im a frequent doctor visitor too. Sounds like a good idea.

Oh ok, well if its the same pain its probably the same cause. Hope they dont cause you trouble other than the pain. Bugger about having to be careful with the heat pack.
