I've been eating leftover rice. But I've been re-heating it until steaming.
It's too hard to have fresh food every day. My lunches are always leftovers from the previous night's dinner.
Hopefully everything will be fine! Basically when I dish the dinner up, I put a serve into a container and immediately put it in the fridge or freezer. Then when I re-heat it the next day I totally zap it!
