Smickers, what a fantastic husband you are! I wish my DH could take some time off too, but luckily his work lets him work from home a bit when needed, so that helps a bit. Its tough on the OH too, I know this because my DH looked so exhausted by the end of it, looking after me and the kids too, and everything else. I really hope your DW is lucky enough to escape it next time.
