Hi all, I am having really bad lower back pain. I have a history with backpain, surgery etc. but Im in so much pain. Saw my neuro surgeon today, and need to wear a back brace for the next 8 weeks. As Im 7/8 weeks now I cant take anything stronger then panadol so I really cant do much about it. Its so painful I can hardly walk, which is diffucult as I have 3 kids to look after. Does anyone have an mircales?????
