    Hello,

I can't really recommend anything because I think it is very personal and changes. I just want to give you some reassurance. When I was pregnant with my son (who is now 22 months) I was very sick for the entire pregnancy. I was so worried because I couldn't even drink water and could only manage about half a glass of lemonade a day and some days a toasted sandwich or some steamed veg. BUT our DS was amazing.....he was 4040g and very healthy and our Ob. couldnt believe the size of my placenta....huge!!!! DS had been taking everything he needed and was very healthy. I recovered very quickly. As long as you manage to keep hydrated you will be fine and so will your baby. Eat what stays down...don't worry what it is. Your baby will take what it needs from you....our babies are amazing little people!!!
