it cost me $30 i think including postage - Nicole's website is Nurtured By Nature - Australia and her mobile number is on there
she is so lovely - I actually look after some accounts of hers and she did it all over the phone with me just because we got chatting after doing all the business stuff.
they taste pretty wrong but they are really worth it - the only other thing that helped me Cinta was getting IV fluids when I got reall dehydrated - not plesant but makes you feel like a million bucks afterwards
I hope you feel better chicken xoxoxox

Hi Ladies, I had server sickness all day with my first four pg`s,ended up in hospital with 2nd & 3rd one, lost a heap of weight, but felt so yuk everyday and was so tired, but my Doctor gave me anti nause/vomiting medication, one tablet 4 time per day, very safe in pregnancy,(BUT IT DOES CONTAIN LACTOSE!!) They are called, Maxolon(Metoclopramide Hydrochloride, 10mg. They really do work,I`ve use these for all my pg`s,but I didn`t have any sickness with my fith baby, can`t work that one out! Please check with your own Doctor though, cheers.

hmmm, m/s works in strange ways....not fair...
I used maxalon/pramin for all of my first pregnancy, and stemetil as well...only thing that worked was obdansatron a rly strong pain killer/pain relief used for ppl with cancer usually...unfortunately i don't have cancer so i can't get my hands on it unless im in hospital or i want to pay $80 for 10 tablets...*sigh*
I just don't want to end up in hospital for most of the pregnancy this time...
    Thanks for ur help!!!

I take one Restavit 25mg (an over the counter sleep aide Doxylamine Succunate) and 50mg of B6 twice a day. It works great but as it is a sleeping aide you do get very tired. I have been taking it since week 8 although had HG from week 5 and lost 10kg. Check with your doctor first before taking it even though it is a catagory A drug. It is certainly cheaper (and safer) than taking the anti nausea medication for chemo patients which costs $11 for each tablet. I think the Restavit cost me about $11 for 20 tablets which last 10 days. If they don't work then the doctors usually prescribe the anti nausea medications used for chemo patients. Best of luck!!!
