But, yes, unfortunatly, its all out! Some peoples say that if you store it correctly, wrapped in cloth (like a leg of ham) then its ok, as it gets to breath proberly, and doesnt sweet. But, i say, its only a short time - dont risk it.
I know others that will slice it thin, and cook , and eat immediatly, but, yeah, its not the same.
The risk of listeria is slight, but, why take the chance?
