I feel your pain sweet! I had horrid morning sickness until 26 weeks and couldn't keep ANYTHING down, even water. I ended up on hospital twice

I lived on icy poles, oranges and ice.

Thanks ladies.....still little to no relief. The chewing gum seems to help the most so thank you Joeve. Icey poles seem to work for a little while too....6 in a row today lol! Still had a spew
