Jenna - you poor chook - I totally understand how you feel and agree with all the cow etc comments!

I had a similar problem when I first fell pregnant and it seemed everyone was short/rude and made me feel stupid for trying to see a Dr or do anything/get any information because I was only 5 weeks. It took me about 3 weeks to finally work out where to go, get someone to explain anything to me and actually allow me to make an appointment! This is my first so I don't think it's exclusive to having had a baby before!

All I can suggest is, even though it's frustrating, keep trying with the people who seem helpful and stick with them! Unfortunately they seem to be a real find!
