    Heya Jess,
I am still feeling sick as well - I have been sick for about 6 weeks! When I went to the Chemist she said when I get sick of feeling sick to come and see her, but I dont really want to take anything else. Have you tried fresh ginger? I been trying that the last couple of days but I dont think it is really working.
I am sick as soon as I wake up if I have sip some water while I am getting ready for work this helps. Then I take a black tea on the train and have a piece of toast before I leave. As soon as I get to work I have another 2 toast and a glass of milk, and a glass of water. Around 10am I have an appland then after the apple I usually feel a bit better. I try to eat something small every hour or as soon as I feel sick. I find that a drink of cool water helps as well. I have been trying to stick to fresh food.
I hope this helps! BTW when are you due?
    Good Luck Quesa

Oh hun i feel for you. With DD i was sick until 22 weeks... and i lived on green apples the whole time til then. This time i was sick until 17 weeks but was able to eat normally.

Give ginger ale a go....not ginger beer....it helps to settle ur tummy. I hated the taste but it helped!!!

jess, try seabands. i got them and they are great. I hardly take them off, and when i do, i get a lot queasier. I'm still nauseous and throwing up but lots better with the seabands. And like you, nothing appeals to me. The only meal i can eat almost decently is lunch and not lose it.

prama, i heard about the sea bands and i was going to buy one but i thought the sickness would go away at 13 weeks?? i think maybe i will have to buy one now are they really worth it?? otherwise i think i am just happy to grin and bear it - it could be worse - this lady i used to work with threw up everyday until she had the baby!

jess, cool we are nearly due on the same date - i cant think of anything else that will work maybe try the preggy pops and the sea band - i think i am going to try and buy the sea bands

haroula, thanks for the encouragement - i have been having heaps heaps of home made potatoe chips and sweet potatoe chip i cant resist having tomatoe sauce and vinegar!!

you can get seabands from most pharmacies, there are some that are velcro i heard they dont hold as well at the ones that are like wrist bands. they're about $15, and they do help. imnot sure about getting them on ebay, cos if they have been stretched they might not fit your wrists snuggly.
good luck. im so over being sick, just think what to eat for dinner makes me what to hurl!
