Lots of hugs! change the shopping day to the weekend that would make things so much easier on you - if you can't do that I would seriously rethink the home shopping. I did it a few times and it really helped with a little on at home or I was just being lazy :P Try get some people around to help - Theres not shame in asking for it!

I had a highly stressful pregnancy with our DS as we had lost our DD at 41 weeks. I also had GD and had to birth at the same hospital where DD died and where I had suffered PTSD from a previous operation. I was beside myself with worry from the day we concieved as we had had no reason for our DD to have died.
My DS is a happy, cruisy, smiley little bloke who sleeps well and eats well (except on the days I am trying to poison him by serving what he'd really really eaten a lot of and enjoyed the day before )
    Good luck with stress management.
I was told there was no way I could get rid of stress but I did reduce it a little with meditation and a good counsellor.........I also had a crap counsellor for a while who added to my stress so make sure if you go that route you are honest with yourself about what helps.
One other good thing I did was to lie in bed at night and try and list 10 good things that had happened that day.........really base stuff like I had a good cup of tea or I remembered to check my BSL. This filled my head and stopped me thinking of the crap stuff.
    go gently
