    I feel so yucky....

Anyone else want to complain with me? I'm only 4 and a half weeks, and since Sunday I've been feeling GROSS. Blech. Puky. Exhausted. Light-headed. And, to add to the joy, this time I've got the runs. Badly. TMI, I know. Sorry.

But, the housework doesn't stop. Laundry and lunches and hairdo's still have to happen. Messes are still being made. Dishes still need to be washed. Bums still need to be cleaned. (diaper changing is lots of fun right now.) And it's DS's first birthday today! I'm trying to work up some enthusiasm for a birthday party when the oldest two get home from school.....

I know it will be worth it, of course. I am looking forward to meeting a new little person! And it doesn't do a whole lot of good to complain really. I've just got to get through this stage. But I thought maybe we could sympathize together. So, who else out there feels like CRAP?

I did around that time! With Miss H's pregnancy I felt like that for 27 weeks. I feel alright now though hopefully it goes away soon!

Oh I can relate to the first trimester runs- just makes it even harder. All I could think was it gets better.

I was feeling dreadful too (constant nausea, exhaustion, runs, ugh)

But have started to turn things around this week. I got some hydralite satchets to rehydrate a bit, ate plain steamed rice and white bread for a couple of days and bought some 'seabands' today that have really helped my nausea. I ate spag bol for dinner and had a normal poop today.

    Small victories!!

meeee i feel the same way and have done since I was 4wks I have lived on a diet of toast/english muffins, dry crackers and water ever since and have lost 4kg. mine is horrid enough to say this will be my last baby. Selfish, I know, but OMG this is bad this time around. I too have had the runs this time and I have never had that before. I had severe constipation with ds, not sure which is worse. I hope your ms doesn't stay with you too long xoxo

Thanks for the replies and encouragement ladies! The past few days have been a little better. The diarrhea is done, and the fatigue is more manageable. Or maybe I'm getting used to it..... I'm feeling sick enough to be reassured that I am still pregnant, but well enough to cope with life most of the time. I guess I can't ask for more than that at this stage of the game!

Ha ha! Thanks Trish. This will be my fifth BellyBelly baby, I believe. I joined when I was just about due with DD2. It's been a wonderful wonderful resource for me! I've learned SO much, and I thank the ladies here for giving me the knowledge and the "guts" to have my baby at home. Best thing ever.

I'm stuck in bed, on the couch, omg it's so depressing. I feel like everyone has a life but me. My toilet bowl is my new bf, correction, sink, bowl, sidewalk . Every day I wake up and hope it's over. I'm praying it ends any minute.

    Pleaseeee go away sickness !!

ill jump in here too. yesterday at work on a job site - dusty, stinky, sneeze inducing type place. i found myself gagging everytime i had to sneeze, when your body can't decide which it wants to do first vomit or sneeze you are bound to look like an utter fruit loop. which the tradesmen informed me i did! hope everyone feels better soon and doesn't have the sneeze thing happen!

Still feeling barfy over here. Actually, not a whole lot of actual vomiting happening, but feeling nauseated all the time. Exhausted. Dizzy. Hair falling out like MAD. (That's a new one for me.)
People are starting to ask questions.... We didn't want to tell anyone until we'd heard a heart beat, but I guess no one's going to be surprised. Oh well.

Im still barfing - most meals. 24 hour nausea. I look a mess ! Cant dye my roots til 12 weeks, my skin is breaking out, I alternate between severe runs and constipation. I have so much saliva in my mouth from wanting to be sick, that I have to be careful not to dribble

I hope I get to enjoy this pregancy

I hope you girls get better soon

hello, just thought i would let you know it hasn't gotten any better for me yet I posted early september.. I still feel nausea every day all day, worse at night time, still can't eat a meal.. Oh how I would LOVE to scoff a big roast meal or even a cheese burger.. i'm craving things I can't eat damn it! I sooo hope it gets better soon i'm over this pg already and I feel so bad and selfish for saying that as I know there are ladies who would do anything to be pg.

I have lost 4.5kg so far, I guess that is better than gaining it
