Are there any signs of a multipul pregancy without a scan

hello i would like to know if there are signs of having multpuls with out a scan?
can someone clear this up for me? i have read the sites and there is not alot of information that i have found what have you found or experienced to confirm without a scan for multiples?

my wife is preggers her 1st day of her last period was on the 28th of may
do they work out the gestional age of a fetus on conception date or 1st day of the last period?

There are no definite signs of a multiple pregnancy, the scan is really the only way to know unless you wait for the birth! HCG levels (obtained through a blood test) are higher in multiple pregnancies but many women record high HCG levels when carrying one baby too.

The gestational age/estimated due date is calculated from the first day of the woman's last period.

Umm my hint was I did a HPT when I would of been 3 weeks and lines were dark as! My first pregnancy was easy didnt know I was preg for ages but this one I have chronic MS etc. It took a scan for me tho. Sorry
